Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup nut butter (Peanut, almond, cashew, soy,etc)
2 Tbsp milk (almond or regular)
4 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions: Place all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a blender or food processor.  Pulse until mixture is finely ground and resembles a cookie dough consistency. (If using a blender, you may have to scrape the sides and stir mixture frequently between pulses)  Transfer to a bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
*can be eaten as a dip, spread or just with a spoon!*
