Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake
with Strawberry Whipped cream
Cake Ingredients:
2 Cups chopped fresh strawberries
1 large (6 oz) pkg strawberry jello
3-4 cups mini marshmallows
1 box white or yellow cake mix prepared as directed on box

(use greek yogurt or applesauce in place of oil and egg whites for a healthier treat that's just as tasty)
Strawberry Whipped Cream Ingredients:
12 oz tub of fat free cool whip
1 small (3 oz) pkg of strawberry jello
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray the inside of a 9x13 baking dish.
2.)  Spread chopped strawberries evenly on bottom of a 9x13.
3.) Sprinkle large box of jello powder over strawberries and top with mini marshmallows
4.)  Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour over marshmallows
5.)  Bake for 40-45 minutes in oven or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
6.)  Cool in pan for 15 minutes
7.)  After fully cooled, run a knife around edges and carefully invert cake onto serving tray
8.)  Serve with strawberry whipped cream
*To make strawberry whipped cream, carefully whisk small jello package into tub of cool whip to taste (I didn't use the whole box)
