Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

 
 





 
Ingredients:
Pancake Batter
 
Cinnamon Swirl
-4 Tbsp butter
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 Tbsp cinnamon
 
Icing Drizzle
-1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp milk
 
Directions:
Mix favorite pancake batter as directed; in a small bowl, mix cinnamon swirl ingredients until blended (should be a thick consistency like toothpaste) and place in a ziplock baggie and cut one corner for piping; in another small bowl, mix icing ingredients; scoop approximately 1/3 cup of batter onto heated and sprayed pan; immediately pipe cinnamon swirl onto pancake being careful not to let it go outside of pancake border; fully cook one side and flip; wipe and re-spray pan between each pancake.  Drizzle with icing and serve warm!
