Chocolate PB Crunchers

Chocolate PB Crunchers

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
3 cups crispy cereal
1 cup dark or  semi sweet chocolate chips

1.)  Heat honey and peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds to soften, stir until fully combined.
2.) Stir in crispy cereal and mix well.
3.) Spoon mixture into a well greased or lined 8x8 dish.
4.)  Flatten mixture firmly with the back of a well greased spatula and let harden in freezer for 20 minutes.
5.) Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stirring after each 30 second intervals. (I only needed one 30 second interval.) You can also add a teaspoon of coconut oil to loosen if the chips harden or don't melt easily.
6.)  Pour melted chocolate over crispy mixture, spread evenly and place back in freezer for another 20 minutes to harden.
