Caramelized Italian Chicken

Caramelized Italian Chicken

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line your baking dish with foil (trust me, you'll thank me later ; )
In a small bowl, mix dressing mix and brown sugar and place in a shallow dish.
Coat each breast thoroughly with seasoning and place in dish.  Sprinkle remaining seasoning over chicken.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip chicken and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Finally, chicken right side up and broil for approximately 3 minutes or until glaze begins to caramelize. 
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.

Just like this delicious dinner, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into the furnace to be "broiled"; however, God miraculously saved them and in the process turned an evil King as well as an entire nation back towards the heart of God!
