Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash

Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash
1 butternut squash (cubed)
1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees; place all ingredients in a gallon ziplock baggie and shake well until all squash is fully coated.  Spread squash cubes evenly on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast in oven for approximately 35 minutes.
