Malibu Chicken on a bed of
Grilled Pineapple Steaks

Marinade ingredients:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
4 Tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp plain yellow mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1Tbsp molasses
2tsp Worcestershire
3/4 tsp chili powder

BBQ seasoning 
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5 slices of thick cut ham
10 Slices of deli ham
5 grilled pineapple steaks
5 slices light Swiss cheese

1.)Place chicken in a gallon ziplock bag.  Mix marinade, pour over chicken and let marinate in fridge for preferably 4 hours or more.  
2.)Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line or spray a baking dish.
3.)Place chicken in dish and season both sides well with BBQ seasoning.
4.)Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
5.)Place 1-2 slices of ham on top of each breast, bake for 10 additional minutes.
6.)Top each with a slice of Swiss and return to oven for a final 5 minutes(cheese should be melty).  Serve on a bed of grilled pineapple steaks and drizzled with honey mustard.
