Easy Oreo Fro-Yo Cake

Easy Oreo Fro-Yo Cake
 
 
 

Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled cake or crushed chocolate cookies 
1 carton of softened chocolate frozen yogurt
1carton of softened vanilla (or a different flavor) frozen yogurt
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (divided)
Chocolate sauce and additional Oreos for garnish

Layer the following ingredients in two 9 in round cake pans lined with Saran Wrap:

In the first round cake pan:
1.)Approximately 1 cup of crumbled cake (seen in photo) or 1 cup of crushed chocolate cookies
2.) Approximately 1/2 a container of softened chocolate frozen yogurt
3.). 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos gently pressed into chocolate yogurt layer

In the second round cake pan:
1.). Approximately 1/2 a container of softened vanilla frozen yogurt ( I used a Caramel Swirl flavor!)

1.)Freeze both pans for at least 1-2 hours.
2.) Remove both pans from freezer and gently peel away saran wrap.  Place chocolate Oreo layer (crust side down) on serving tray that is freezer friendly.  Gently place vanilla layer on top and decorate top of cake with remaining 1/2 cup crushed Oreos, chocolate drizzles and Oreo garnish.
3.). Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
