Meatball Sub Casserole

Meatball Sub Casserole
First Layer:  Slices of French bread
Second Layer:  Cream Cheese Mixture
Third layer: Meatballs
Fourth Layer:  Marinara and Cheese Sprinkles
1 loaf french bread cut into 1 inch slices
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1-2 cups fat free shredded mozzarella cheese (divided and depending on how much you like cheese)
Meatballs (frozen 1 lb bag or my homemade recipe listed below)
1 28 oz jar marinara
parmesan cheese sprinkles
Homemade Turkey Meatballs:
1 lb ground turkey
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 egg white
*combine all ingredients and form into balls; bake at 375 for 30 minutes*
1.)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place slices of bread on bottom of lightly sprayed 9x13.
2.)  Toast bread for approximately 5 minutes.
3.)  In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, Italian seasoning, pepper and 1/2 of cheese and spread over sliced bread
4.)  Place meatballs evenly over cream cheese layer.
5.)  Cover with jar of marinara; top with remaining shredded cheese and some sprinkle parmesan cheese.
6.)  Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
