Luscious Lemon Delight

 

 

Ingredients:

1 pkg golden oreos

8 oz fat free cream cheese

1/4 cup sugar or stevia

2 tbsp. cold milk

12 oz cool whip

1 pkg instant sugar-free lemon pudding

3 1/2 cups skim milk

 

Directions:

1.)  Crush oreos (reserving approx. 9-10 for topping) in a large ziplock bag

2.)  Press onto the bottom of a 9x9 dish and freeze for 20 minutes to set.

3.)  Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy; mix in sugar/stevia and 2 tbsp. milk; fold in 1 cup of cool whip and  spread mixture over oreo crust.

4.)  Mix 3 1/2 cups milk and lemon pudding and let set for 5 minutes; once it has set, spread evenly over cream cheese mixture.

5.)  Top evenly with remaining layer of cool whip; crush remaining 9-10 oreos are sprinkle over dessert.

6.)  Keep refrigerated.
