Pork Tenderloin French Dips (slow cooker)

3 lb pork loin
2 cups water
1 Tbsp beef bouillon granules
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon dried thyme
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions: place pork loin in slow cooker; in a small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and pour over pork; cook on high (4-6 hours) or low (6-8 hours)

*Serve on a crusty French baguette with Swiss cheese and a ramiken of au jus for dipping*
