Caramel Banana Cream Pie


Reduced fat graham cracker pie shell
1 package instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 1/4 cups skim milk
2Tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 cup cool whip
Caramel sauce
1 large banana
1). Spread a layer of caramel on the bottom of your graham shell and top with a layer of sliced bananas.

 2). In a small bowl, mix pudding, milk, and Greek yogurt until fully combined, fold in approximately 1 cup ( you can eyeball it) of cool whip and spread over banana slices

3).  Garnish top with more whip cream and drizzle with additional caramel sauce; keep refrigerated.
