Pumpkin CInnamon Roll Monkey Bread

Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll
Monkey Bread

2 (8 count) cans Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 stick of margarine
1/4 cup canned pumpkin

(I made mine into muffins but this can also be done in a traditional bundt form, just be sure to use nonstick spray or liners)
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees;  Mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl
2.)  Cut cinnamon rolls into fourths and roll generously in sugar/spice mixture
3.)  Place 4 pieces (one whole roll) in a muffin cup until all 16 cups are full
4.)  Melt margarine in saucepan on stovetop, stir in brown sugar and pumpkin, bring to a full boil and let cook for 1 minute
5.)  Pour Pumpkin mixture evenly over rolls and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
6.)  let cool for a 5 minutes and drizzle with packaged icing

  1. Wow! I've never seen this done before. Definitely going to give this one a try!

  2. It's fail-proof and always a crowd pleaser! Let me know how you like them!
