Banana Split Protein Shake

Banana Split Protein Shake


1 1/2 cups of ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 banana
3-4 large strawberries
1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or canned)
1 cup of skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
sweetener to taste
*top with sugar free chocolate syrup, chopped nuts, light whipped cream, and a cherry!*
