Smore's Bars

Smore's Bars
1 stick of butter or margarine (room temp)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup AP flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 King-sized Hershey Chocolate bars
1 jar marshmallow crème fluff
1.)Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray or grease an 8x8 baking dish.
2.)In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.  Beat in egg and vanilla.
3.)In another bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
4.)Slowly add dry ingredients to wet and mix until combined.
5.)Evenly press one half of dough mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. (I spray my hands with a little baking spray to keep dough from sticking to me)!
6.)Next, place Hershey bars to fit evenly in 8x8.
7.)Evenly spread jar of marshmallow crème over chocolate layer.
8.)With remaining half of dough, make little "tiles or sheets" of dough by flattening pieces by hand and spreading evenly to cover marshmallow layer. Press and flatten any seams.
9.)Bake 30 minutes until just golden.  Allow to completely cool before cutting.
