Peach BBQ Meatball Sliders

Peach BBQ Meatball Sliders
 
 
 
Meatball Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/4 cup panko
1/4 cup old fashion oats
1 egg white
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning 
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

All Other Ingredients:
can of chicken broth
18 oz jar BBQ Sauce
18 oz jar peach preserve
1 (12 count) bag of Hawaiian Rolls
Coleslaw

Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients in a medium bowl and roll into 12 balls.  Place meatballs in slowcooker, pour in can of chicken broth and cook on high (3-4 hours) or low (4-6 hours).  Once cooked, remove meatballs from slow cooker and discard all liquid.  I n a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce and preserves; return meatballs to slow cooker, pour Peach BBQ sauce mixture over meatballs and simmer on low until fully heated.  Serve over a bed of coleslaw on Hawaiian rolls or let guests build their sliders themselves.
