Razorback Cupcake Toppers
using a jello mold
Calling all Hog Fans!!!! Did you know you can use the Razorback Jello mold as a candy mold too?! I melted a bag of red chocolate disks and put a teaspoon of chocolate in each razorback mold cup, set it in the freezer for 20 minutes to let harden and popped those babies out like ice cubes from a tray! No need to spray the molds, they came out completely clean and with ease! (don't you just love it when things come easy?!) You can use them as treat toppers or just serve them as is! I used mine as cupcake toppers for my homemade Razorback Red Velvet Mini Cupcakes ! They were perfect for tailgating and almost too cute to eat........almost ; )
