Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Chicken Parmesan Casserole

 
Ingredients:
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
1 can Italian diced tomatoes (drained)
1 jar marinara sauce (Sundried Tomato Basil was delicious!!!)
shredded mozzarella cheese (desired amount)
1/2 - 3/4 cup panko or Italian flavored bread crumbs
sprinkle parmesan cheese (desired amount)
 
Directions:
1.)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a 9x13 dish.
2.)  Layer ingredients evenly and  in order listed above (diced chicken, diced tomatoes, marinara, cheese, bread crumbs, sprinkle parmesan)
3.)  Bake uncovered for 40 minutes; top with freshly chopped basil and parsley
