Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Pork (crockpot)

Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Pork (crockpot)

1 pork tenderloin (approx. 3 lbs)
1 diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
20 oz can pineapple chunks
1 tsp reduced sodium chicken bouillon
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
pepper to taste

1.)  Place pork tenderloin in crockpot.
2.)  In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
3.)  Cover and cook on low (6-8 hours) or high (4-6 hours).  When done, shred with fork.
4.)  Serve on fresh buns with additional BBQ sauce.
