Watermelon Pico De Gallo

Watermelon Pico De Gallo
1/2 seedless watermelon, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1.)  Gently toss all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes before serving to allow flavors to marry.  Serve with chips, on top of grilled chicken or fish or as a delicious side!
