Southwest Chicken Salad

Southwest Chicken Salad

2 large cans chunk chicken
6 oz container nonfat plain greek yogurt
2 heaping Tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup each of diced green pepper, red pepper, corn, black beans, green onion
can of rotel (drained)
1 jalapeno (seeded and chopped)
handful of chopped cilantro

In a large bowl combine canned chicken, yogurt and seasoning.  Fold in all remaining ingredients.  Keep refrigerated.

*Can be served as a sandwich, wrap or a dip*
