Brownie Fridge Cake

Brownie Fridge Cake

Favorite Brownie mix prepared as directed
8 oz package fat-free cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 cup of sugar
2 tubs of cool whip
1 large or 2 small packages of sugar-free chocolate pudding
3 1/2 cups milk

1.)  Prepare brownies as directed on box and let cool completely.
2.)  In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy; fold in one tub of cool whip (I usually use less than a tub).  Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over cooled pan of brownies.
3.)  In a medium bowl, mix pudding mix and milk and let set (approximately 5 minutes) Spread pudding layer evenly over cream cheese layer.
4.)  Top with remaining tub of cool whip and garnish with favorite brownie mix-ins like chopped walnuts, chocolate syrup and caramel sauce.
