"Chocolate Covered Strawberry" Truffles
These are just strawberry cake balls shaped, dipped and decorated to look like chocolate covered strawberries! It's easy, just.......
1.) shape cake balls like strawberries
2.) freeze until firm
3.) dip cake balls in red candy melts, let harden
4.) dip bottoms in chocolate, let harden
5.) garnish with a white chocolate drizzles, sprinkles and a dollop of green chocolate for them stems!
