Turkey Sliders
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 packet of dry lipton onion soup mix
3 Tbsp non fat greek yogurt or low fat mayo
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar (or more for cheese lovers ; )
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees; Brown ground turkey; drain off any excess grease; sprinkle on dry onion soup mix; mix well to coat all of the meat; add in yogurt and cheese and combine. Place a large spoonful of meat mixture on buns; Cover with foil and heat for 10-15 minutes in oven to warm sandwiches; serve immediately
