Pumpkin Cararmel Protein Shake

 
 
Pumpkin Caramel Protein Shake
 
1 1/2 cups of ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 Tbsp Sugar Free Torani Caramel syrup
1/2 - 1 cup skim milk

    1. I really like the Body Fortress Whey Protein brand. They are low in sugar and have great flavors (better than most in my opinion!) Hope you enjoy it!
