Carrot Cake Protein Shake
1 1/2 cups of ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup canned carrots (drained)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup skim milk
stevia to taste
