Protein Powder No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)
1/4 cup honey
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons stevia
Directions:
1.) Combine oatmeal and protein powder in a medium size bowl.
2.) Place peanut butter, milk, honey, cocoa powder and sea salt in a sauce pan and heat over med-high heat until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and stevia.
3.) Pour mixture over oatmeal and stir until completely combined.
4.) Place batter in fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow it to cool. (This will help the cookies form better)
5.) Drop cookies by spoonful onto wax paper or a foil-lined sheet and cool in fridge (preferably overnight but a few hours will do the trick!)
