BBQ Chicken Chili

BBQ Chicken Chili

 
 
Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced green chilis (undrained)
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
small jar roasted red peppers in water (drained and sliced)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
 
Directions:
1.) Cook chicken breasts with 3/4 cup of water in slow cooker ( 4-6 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low) When done, shred with fork.
2.) During last hour, place all remaining ingredients in slow cooker, stir and heat until just bubbly.
3.)  Serve with your favorite  chili fixins!
