Flourless Pumpkin Pie Blender Bites

Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond or peanut butter
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
6 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
splash of almond milk
Directions:
1.)Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly spray a mini muffin tin.
2.)Place all ingredients in a blender, food processor or ninja and puree until smooth, stopping occasionally to stir. (You may want to add another splash or so of almond milk if the batter is too thick to blend completely.)
3.)Using a spoon, scoop out batter and fill each muffin cup 2/3 of the way full.
4.) Bake for 12-15 minutes or until center of each is just set. Let cool and store in an air tight container.
