Chocolate Protein Banana Muffins

 
 
*makes 24 mini muffins*
 

Ingredients:
 
Wet:
1 mashed banana
1 egg
tsp vanilla
1/4 cup skim milk or water
 
Dry:
3/4 cup of flour ( I use half white half whole wheat)
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
dash of nutmeg
dash of ground cloves
 
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
 
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray inside of muffin tins.
2.)  In two medium bowls, separately mix wet and dry ingredients.  Pour wet ingredients into dry bowl and mix just until combined.
3.)  Fold in mini chocolate chips.
4.)  Fill each muffin tin almost to the top and bake in oven for approximately 10-12 minutes or until muffins are done.
