Ingredients:
1 prepared Angel Food Cake cut into cubes (I have yet to use the whole cake in this recipe)
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 package of sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
8 oz block of fat-free cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla
1 carton cool whip
1 pint of blueberries
1 pint of strawberries ( sliced)
Directions:
1.) In a small bowl whisk the pudding mix and milk, let stand until soft-set.
2.) In a large bowl beat yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla until blended. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip carton.
3.) Combine pudding and yogurt mixtures until well incorporated.
Layer the following in a trifle bowl:
1.) Half of cubed Angel Food Cake
2.) Half of Pudding Mixture
3.) Layer of Fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries (for a prettier design, line your strawberries around the bowl as well as a few in the center)
4.) Remaining half of cubed Angel Food Cake
6.) Remaining half of pudding
7.) Layer of fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries
7.) Remaining half of cool whip carton
8.) Final berries to garnish the top in a decorative design.
