Baked Cauli-Poppers

Baked Cauli-Poppers
 
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower (rinsed, fully dried and chopped into bite-size pieces)
olive oil spray
barbeque seasoning
salt and pepper
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet for easy clean-up.
Place cauliflower in a large ziplock baggie, generously spritz cauliflower inside bag and sprinkle in a moderate amount of barbeque seasoning. (enough to lightly coat each piece). 
Seal bag and shake vigorously to coat each piece.  Add in more seasoning if necessary.
Open bag and pour cauliflower onto baking tray in a single layer; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cauliflower begins to lightly brown.  Best served right out of oven!
