Crockpot Cranberry Turkey Tenderloin

 
 
Ingredients:
2 lb Turkey Breast Tenderloin
*optional diced onion*
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup apple cider
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
 
 
Directions:
 1.)  In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cider, juice, and thyme; salt and pepper to taste.
2.)  Place 1/3 of sauce mixture on the bottom of your crockpot and spread evenly.
Place turkey on top of sauce and add in diced onion if desired.
3.)  Cook on low (5-7 hours) or high (3-5 hours).
