White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut No Bakes

White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut No Bakes

Ingredients:
3 cups oat flour  (gluten free or regular outs ground in a blender or food processor until fine flour consistency)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp stevia
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nut butter ( I used "Better'N Peanut Butter")
3/4 cup honey
1/2 milk (almond or dairy)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup macadamia nuts

Directions:
Mix oat flour, protein powder, stevia and salt in a medium bowl.  In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.  Pour over oat flour mixture and combine ( batter will be too dry).  Slowly add in milk until mixture forms batter consistency. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.  Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour.  Once chilled, scoop out dough balls and using well-greased hands, roll into little balls and flatten slightly to form little cookie disks.  Keep in fridge to help bites maintain shape.  (I like to keep mine in little cupcake liners to keep them from sticking together).
