Slow Cooked Polynesian Pork
Ingredients:
2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
20 oz can pineapple chunks
2 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions:
Place pork in slow cooker and pour can of pineapple with juice, garlic and liquid smoke over pork. Cook in low 6-8 hours or on high 4-6 hours. When fully cooked, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch in a sauce pan and Bring to a boil until sauce thickens. Stir sauce mixture into crockpot and carefully shred meat making sure sauce is fully incorporated.
