Ingredients:
15-18 Brussels sprouts (rinsed, dried, diced and stems cut off)
1/2 an apple (diced....I used a honey crisp)
2 stalks celery (diced)
1/2 cup dried fruits and nut mix ( I used a cranberry slivered almond mix from the produce section)
Light citrus dressing (just enough to coat)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight to let flavors marinate.
