Easy Crockpot Fruit Compote
Ingredients:
1 can cherry pie filling
1 bag frozen peaches
1 large can of pineapple chunks (drained)
1 can sliced pears (drained)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and stir; cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve as a side dish, a la mode with a scoop of vanilla froyo, as a topping for waffles, a filling for crepes or cold layered with yogurt and granola in a parfait! So many yummy possibilities!
