How to Roast a Butternut Squash
 
 
1.)  Cut squash in half; scoop out seeds and discard.
 

 
2.)  Lightly spray inside of squash and place face down on a lined baking sheet.

 
3.)  Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Enjoy!
