Ingredients: 1 box jiffy corn bread mix 1/2 box of yellow cake mix 1 egg plus 2 egg whites 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions: 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease or place muffin liners in muffin tin. 2.) In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined; fill each muffin tin 2/3 of the way full 3.) Bake until tops are just golden (approximately 20 minutes)
