Ombré Jello Parfaits

 Ombré Jello Parfaits



Ingredients:
Small package of sugar free jello
1 cup of fresh fruit
1 cup thawed cool whip

Directions:
Prepare jello as directed, let cool in fridge until mixture just starts to thicken ( approximately 20-30 min).  Add fresh fruit to jello and stir, pour mixture into serving dishes making sure to reserve 1/2 cup of jello.  To reserved 1/2 cup of jello fold in 1 cup cool whip, when fully incorporated pour equally into dishes and refrigerate for 3 hours.  Top with last layer of cool whip to complete ombré pattern and serve!

To make diagonal design:
 





After pouring fresh fruit and jello mixture into glasses(remember to reserve 1/2 cup of jello) place glasses in fridge propped at an angle (a loaf pan works really well); add cup of cool whip to reserved 1/2 cup jello; refrigerate both mixtures for 3 hours. After jello is set, spoon jello/cool whip layer into dishes and top with cool whip to complete ombre pattern.
