Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
dipping chocolate
Directions:
1.) In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in vanilla; gradually add in flour and milk, alternating until both fully incorporated; stir in chocolate chips
2.) Chill dough until very firm (atleast 2 -3 hours, overnight is best)
3.) Roll into balls, place on baking sheet and refrigerate for atleast 2-3 hours (personally, I like to freeze mine)
4.) Melt chocolate, dip cookie dough balls allowing excess to drip off and place on wax paper/foil/parchment paper to let fully harden.
*Truffles can be kept at room temperature since there is no egg in the recipe; however, its best to keep them refrigerated until ready to serve!*
