This dessert SCREAMS Christmas but you will love it so much that you will be craving it YEAR ROUND, I promise!!!  It is so easy to make yet has a decadent feel.  But the best part is the warm, gooey sauce that collects under the cake as it cooks.  You won't see it until you scoop out the first serving, like a delicious surprise just waiting to spill out from under the unbelievably moist cake layer!! This will be a new Christmas Tradition from here on out!!!!

2.)  In a medium sauce pan, combine water, butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil; reduce heat and let boil gently for approximately 2 minutes; carefully pour sugar mixture over batter.
3.)  Cover and cook on high only for 2 hours; serve warm with scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt and drizzle with gooey sauce hidden under cake.
