Peppermint Mocha Protein Shake
 

1 1/2 cups ice
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 banana
1/2 - 1 cup skim milk (plain or chocolate)
1-2 tbsp. Sugar Free Peppermint Syrup (found in the coffee aisle)
1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee granules
sweetener to taste
